Printing Incorrectly

I recently purchased Army Builder and today printed off my first army list and noticed a problem. On each squad's box the description box for their wargear and options only prints one line of text then cuts off without printing the rest. For example on Ahriman the Sorcerer the options box prints all on one line....

Independant Character, Sorceror (p51 & p90 C:CSM); Black Staff of Ahriman; Bolt Pistol; Frag Grenades: Krak


And then the rest is cut off, it doesn't print more than 1 line. According to the army builder screen it should print after that...

Grenades; Fearless; Bolt of Change; Doombolt; Gift of Chaos; Inferno Bolts; Personal Icon; Warptime; Wind of Chaos; Mark of Tzeentch


Any idea how I can get Army Builder to correctly print out the options?

It does this on every squad by the way.
 
I can't duplicate your error. I just printed off a roster with Ahriman, and see exactly what the print preview showed - all the wargear. You may want to try playing with the various options in the "Advanced" button within the print dialog.
 
I maximized the army builder program and resized some of the columns in the roster display, could either of these effect the way it prints?
Also It cuts off every wargear list on every squad after one line, not just Ahriman.
 
Altering the display on the screen is independant of the printed display. Like I said, try out a few options in the print dialog, see if any of those affect it. If anything does, that'll help me identify what was wrong in the first place.

(I see the full option list for everything, I was just saying that I had tried things with the exact unit you first mentioned).
 
I tried checking the box for Outputting options on seperate lines (for Ahriman for example) and it only printed the first line "Independant Character; Sorceror (p51 & p90 C:CSM) then a big box of blank space where the other lines of options should be...
 
Does your print preview look the same as your printed output?

Do you have a second printer you can try printing on?

Can you use the "Save HTML Roster" option, then print that as a work-around?

No, the print preview lists all the wargear in the options box

Not unless I can install it on another computer, which I tried but I can't validate the license a second time.

Yes, saving it as HTML and then printing it from Firefox printed the document correctly, but I prefer the nice look of the Army Builder printouts :)

I was wondering if its possible to uninstall and reinstall armybuilder? I know the license key won't let me install it on my other computer so I'm not sure.
