Primal Companion Bug?

I am relatively new to using Hero Labs so it is entirely possible that I am doing something wrong.

I am currently building out an Aasimar Dual-Cursed Lunar Oracle. The Favored Class bonus I picked for Aasimar is the +1/2 to one Revelation, which I am applying to my Primal Companion.

As my character levels the Primal Companion should level 3 times for every two levels the character does. Which would mean at level 4 my Primal Companion should be a level 6 Companion.

For some reason this is not working when I build my character out. The Companion caps at my current level.

Is there something in Pathfinder rules that is preventing this? I have searched and not found anything. Is this a bug? Or am I just doing something wrong in HL?
 
I would say this is indeed a bug, although it is generally an unwritten rule that class abilities cannot be increased higher than your class level (like is stated with Boon Companion for animal companions).

If you believe it is a bug there is a stickied thread in the main page of the forums with a link to the bug reporting software. Bugs reported in individual threads will just be lost and forgotten about.
