Priest in Power Armour and Veteran Deathwatch

I have run into a couple of problems.

No.1 - While building a Sisters of Battle army, Redemptionist Priests are
apparently allowed power armour, where the list says no.

No.2 - When setting veteran status to Deathwatch Kill Team Members, you can
only make one a vet, where the book allows any and all to become vets.

Am I right??
