Prestige Points logging

I am unable to log Prestige Points into my portfolio.

A fellow player who also uses HeroLab has a place in the Journal tab to do so but it's not there on mine.

Equipment also can't find the Handy Haversack which I really need and have earned.
 
Have you added a faction to this character yet? The prestige won't show up on journals unless there's a faction to add that prestige to.

The Handy Haversack is a magic item. Are you looking on the Equipment tab, which would only have mundane items, or on the Magic tab?
 
I have not added a faction to my character but I'm also not finding a place to do that.

I did find the Haversack, Thank you.
 
Factions first need to be enabled in Configure Hero ... the, on the Background tab, there will be a place to add Factions.
 
If this is a Pathfinder Society character, make sure it is listed as such in the Configure Hero options. That help solve your faction/prestige issue.
