Prestige Classes

Ok I have most of the Athasian goodies coded for pathfinder now, Just have prestige classes and spells left.

I was wondering how to go about the prestige classes in this thing? Any ideas would be most welcome. Also is it possible to have a pre-req for a prestige class based on an Archetype?
