Prestige Class awards spell?

Ok, I'm at a loss for this one.

I have a Prestige class that adds two spells to the spells known list of the character. It adds the spells to whatever spell list the character has. The spells are normally 5th level spells, but the Class Special adds the spells as 3rd level spells.

I've made copies of the spells as 3rd level, but I'm not sure how to bootstrap it to the hero's Known Spells list. I also have the spells with no specific class either.

Suggestions?

The Red Mantis Assassin PrC adds spells to a classes spell list.

The trait "Two-World Magic" adds a specific spell to a class.

Those should hopefully point you in the right direction.
