Prerequisite Feat Help

I have a feat that says - Prerequisite: Must not have a cruomancer level.

But once you take the feat you gain a cruomancer level.

I have as a Prerequisite that says #trkmax[trkNNWBPPl] <> 1
and that works fine before you take the feat, but once it is taken, the feat remains in error (in red).

Any ideas?

Never mind, I found a good work around.
