Prereqs: Mythic Tier/Rank counts as or adds to specific class level

I have an mythic ability that allows a creature to take barbarian rage powers, counting their mythic tier/rank as their barbarian level (or adding to their barbarian level if they have the class) for the purposes of prereqs to rage powers.

Is there a way to do this with the various prereq tags?

Bootstrap the barbarian power configurable, then set it's cfgLevel based on tier + class level. Make sure there is the abCategory equivalent tag present on the configurable, and I believe it should automatically forward the tag to the hero a number of times equal to cfgLevel.
