When inputting a prefix/suffix for the first time, if the Topic already exists, and you double click the name to open it for editing, you then have click in the prefix/suffix box to enter something. If you are entering several prefix/suffixes this can get time consuming.

Is there another option/alternative?
 
Unfortunately, there's no shorter method available at the moment. And there's no easy and obvious (to the user) way to add one that's leaping to mind for me. :(
 
Maybe an option is that when the database determines you use the same name for a topic it gives the option to add a prefix/suffix immediately.

Now the question is: the name "<name topic>" is in use by another topic in this category. Use it anyway?
Answer options yes or no.
A third option would be to add the option to add a prefix/suffix. So the options would be:
Add suffix/prefix
Use as is.
Do not use.
