preconstructed HQs and Vehicles in the Editor?

I was playing around with the Editor and can't seem to locate which tab the preconstructed HQs and Vehicles are hiding under.

Weapons and Armor have separate tabs but not HQ or Vehicles, so I thought they would be under the Equipment tab but no such luck...

Is there a way to access the preconstructed HQs and Vehicles in the Editor?

HQs and Vehicles are under Equipment. Go to the Equipment tab and click the option to add new equipment. Scroll down and you'll find a bunch of HQ and Vehicles that you can choose from and customize.
