Pre-Gen Character Data Broken (Seoni L5)

I'm planning to run a one-shot adventure in a couple weeks and was going through the pre-genned iconics and noticed that Seoni L5 won't load for me. Does anyone have a functional copy of this portrait file, and can they get it to me?

Could you please define "won't load"? If I know what's going wrong, I can try to track down the problem and fix it.

Hmm, it just now loaded -- maybe I'm imagining things. Or maybe it was related to the sheer number of Hero Lab instances I had opened (about 10).
