Hero Lab is at the moment rejecting potions of enlarge person because they are not touch spells.

I believe this to be a misconception.
There is no requiremetn for touch spells.
Spells with a range of "personal" cannot be made into potions, but a close range spell like enlarge person is legit.

Hero lab says "The target of the potion is the drinker, so normally only touch range spells are brewed into potions".

Please report that as a bug. There is a stickied thread at the top of the forum with instructions on how.
 
Just FYI I think this issue was reported before. Or should have been as it was in THIS post and the guy said he reported it.

So keep in mind by the way that HL won't stop you from making this potion. It just giving you a warning message. So make the potion and ignore the warning.
