I have been looking into building a marine army around a special character in the Space Wolf Codex. The AB does not list unique characters for the wolves nor any of the marine armies. They are also missing from the IG and CSM. The Dark Eldar and other Xenos have these special characters. Am I simply overlooking a setting? Or is this a matter of the copywritten information? Any information would be helpful thanks.
 
Make sure Special Characters is checked in the Rules/Roster Options section whenever you create a new list. This is easily one of the most asked questions. But I know for sure those characters are available (I'm looking at them as I type this).
