Possible software glitch?

That is something that only happens when I build a character for Pathfinder Society play. It doesn't happen for non PF Society builds.

When I go to make a character, I get this message in the validation detail box:
"The armor as DR variant is not legal for Pathfinder Society play."

This happens with EVERY character that I try to build on my Mac. I tried a lot of different things to over come this but nothing seems to work to get rid of it.

Now here is the really weird part about this. If I start a PF Society character on my iPad, I do not get this message. Is it only when I am on my desktop computer that I get it.

In truth, I can start the character on my iPad and then transfer it over to my Mac, but that is such a pain to do that way, especially since we are suppose to have people coming over this weekend to roll up new characters for PF Society play.

Does anybody have a fix for this or know of a way to go around it?
