Possible Idea: Play Screen: Combine Character and Animal Companion

I suppose for many this is too much information on the screen and scrolling is a pain. I kinda agree but it would reduce roundtrips to the server(s) whenever you switched from character to animal companion.

That would be a very interesting idea, even if it just adds a tiny stat block of the companion creature.

This feature went out quietly as a side effect of us working on Campaigns. It will become more apparent once we start rolling out Campaign features, but it's accessible today.

Any character with a companion/follower can access them in the side panel by selecting the Character View in the side panel view switcher. You can access any of the character's play tab sections in the side panel, including managing their HP and consumables, rolling checks and attacks, and more. You can even swap the master and minion between the main and side panel.

See the attached screenshot.
