Possible Dwarf Engineer bug

1. If you select an engineer as a sub-choice for a war machine, the engineer has the option to purchase a Brace of Pistols that gives a +1 attack. The # of attacks column is not updated in the display when you select or de-select this choice.
2. You can add Rune of Penetrating to the Cannon which is invalid; Cannon is S10 and can't be further improved.
3. Strength is not displayed in the column for war machines (this seems to be the case for non-Dwarf races too).

3: this is because the cannon isnt really str10, but the shot it fires is - the cannon itself has no strength
