M&M 2nd ed. Possible Bug Report: Analytical Senses

I cannot find the modifier for Analytical under Super-Senses. I'm running 4.6g with the Ultimate Power data package.

Am I doing something wrong or has someone else noticed this as well?
 
Well nevermind, when I booted the program up again, this time it showed up.

It may have been because I was importing a portfolio from someone who might not have access to the UP dataset.

I will investigate some more and clarify this, sorry in advance if this is a bad bug report.
