Possible Bug -Adv Race Guide - Versatile Human

I have just found this 'feature' in the Advanced Race Guide when one of my players submitted a character for a new game. As a replacement for the normal human +2 to ability, bonus feat and additional skill, versatile humans get +2 bonuses to abilities. The attached por shows that the bonus feat and bonus skill are being implemented, but HL is still offering me a third +2 to ability. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Where do I look for this? I see the normal +2 to a score ability still listed in the usual place, but it's grayed-out, and when I select an ability score for it, nothing gets added to the one I selected. There's also not an error message being reported even before I've selected something there like there would be if it hadn't been replaced.
 
The drop-down may still be in red, but the name is in gray, rather than the black you'd see if you didn't have that ART.
