I am reviewing the Holy weapon balm, In HL its listed as having 10 uses, However I am unable to verify this with any source book. If you look at Weapon blanch (cold iron) as a guide, it uses the same text, but doesn't list the use tracker in HL.

Can this be clarified one way or another?
 
However the other blanches do not have the same usage tracker, even though they have the same wording.
