Portable Altar, Masterwork

How do I add the gear, Portable Altar Masterwork?
I have the Demon Hunter's Module for HL but when I try to find this item I am unable to locate it.
Using the Editor, I can see that is a non-copyable item, and is listed as being under Tools and Skill Kits. All the fields for this item are correct in the Editor yet when I look under Gear - Tools and Skill Kits all I see is the regular Portable Altar.
Is there some special way or location to find this item?

Of course, as soon as I post this I find it. I forgot to activate the Demon Hunter's book in my configuration - duh!!!!
 
The other half of the brain doesn't hear the question until you say it out loud or write it down, then it provides the answer to the stupid half of the brain :)
