I think each shortcut(text with link to content) should have a pop up info box when you hoover over the shortcut. And a snippet in the corespondent content that you can write the pop up info you please.

Could save a lot of clicking back and forth if i only had a quick info text that explained what the content was..

- Tooltip must only be visible if link is visible
- Links are only visible if players have access to target topic
- Tooltip must have 2 sections: players / gm

I would load the tooltip when i browse over the link, i would think that this would be faster than processing all other topics upon load. ( I want to see the topic I clicked upon as soon as possible). If RW is still loading tooltips in the background I wouldn't mind.

Would rarely use this feature I think. +0.75
