Poisons

I've started putting in some more Poisons from the Arms and Equipment guide. There are quite a few from either HeroLab's data or those I got from cheeseweasel. I'm wondering, though, if anyone has a data file with more Poisons? I've a few books lined up to input data from. It's slow going so far and I have probably at least three more books to do.

I'm not precisely sure where to put this, so this forum seemed appropriate to the topic. I have a suggestion of something to implement into the HeroLab 3.5 system.

A custom Poison creator in the Gear tab.
"Custom, Poison" could be the item name.
When clicking it a window would open.
At the top would be a blank text box to insert the Poison name.
Below that would be a drop down box with the various types of Poisons: Ingested, Injury, Contact.
Next would be "Craft DC" and a box to input the number.
Then there would be "Damage DC" with a box to input the number.
"Initial Damage" would be next, with a drop down menu of Abilities:
Strength, Intelligence, etc. and also include things like Paralysis, Blindness, and others. Beside the drop down menu would be an open text box to enter maybe the length of time, or a place to put in the damage dice number. Another open text box would be below those to input added information.
There would be two more fields like Initial Damage for a Secondary and Final damage.

It would be an interesting thing for a DM to have to create custom potions, or easily input those from other books.

If you've got any of the Poisons in hero lab already then they are probably inside the DMG - Poisons file located inside the D20 Data folder.

It should have all the SRD listed poison types, I know I spent the time entering them.

Plus there is also a Dragon Compendium poisons file too

;)

Files attached if you don't have either though!
