PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

My first suggestion is to go to c:Armybuilder/data (or wherever your computer put the files) and delete the 40K folder. Then, use the auto-updates to re-download the 40k files, and wait until the files you want are out of beta and incorporated into the files.
