Please help build my custom item.

I have been given a custom item by my GM and want to add it to my HL character. I've had a look at adding it by myself but got lost very quickly.

I would very much appreciate it if someone could help me.

Here is the text of the item which also tells you how it works.

The Lays of Pharasma

If a beneficial performance, with an audible component, is started by striking on one of the 7 strings of this lyre, then the benefit of Death-Ward is granted to those affected by the performance, for the duration of the performance.

Each such striking of a string, forever breaks it. When no strings remain, the device crumbles to dust.
