Players unable to use patron options

Hi all, new to HL. Dove right in, got all the goodies and the patron tier so my players can build whatever characters they can come up with. Only when they try, none of my options are available to them. The players have been added to the campaign, the campaign is patron enabled, and all the sources are checked in the campaign character settings. What are we missing? All advice is welcome. Thanks!
