players not able to sync

Ive got 2 players that cant sync to my realm... they get a successfull sync message, but then it tells them that the realm is out of date and if they open it its old info. any ideas? thanks

now one gets sync error 201

It also seems to be realm specific.

Having them delete the data and resync seems to have worked, but knowing what causes it would be handy going forward.

Did you forcibly overwrite the cloud when a sync conflict occurred? If so, that would explain it. We're working to get a release out right now that fixes this issue.
