Planned Spontaneity Feat

I was wondering if anyone has found a way to implement the feat "Planned Spontaneity" which lets a wizard have 2 spells memorized in one slot per spell level (except their current highest level). It is a really neat feat, but there doesn't seem to be any actual support of it in the tool.
