Plague Fleets and Terminus Est

I was wondering if it was possible to create a Plague Fleet or add Terminus Est to your roster in Army Builder 3.2

I have been looking around in the program but can not figure out where to find it.
 
Yeah,

Just discovered that was missing, i'm doing updates at the moment so i'll add that to the roster.
