PFS Pregen Issue

disclaimer: I'm very new to both Pathfinder and Hero Lab so it's entirely possible I'm either doing something wrong or am misinterpreting PFS rules regarding use of pregens.

I'm trying to load the PFS pregens into Hero Lab and I keep getting errors saying I'm missing certain source books. Do I have to purchase the hero lab source book licences used by each of the pregens in order to properly use them? I thought that in PFS organized play you did't need to own any optional source books to use a pregen and figured use in Hero Lab would follow the same rules.

We also figured they'd restrict themselves to the core rulebook (as much as possible - obviously the pre-gen arcanist uses the arcanist class from the Advanced Class Guide, for example), but they seem to have selected many things from other books for the pre-gens.

If you want to play the pre-gens without the correct books, you should not use the versions in Hero Lab. Instead print out Paizo's official version of that pre-gen, which has summaries of the non-core material.
 
Thanks for the response. Do you think you all will ever offer a Pathfinder Society unlock special that will unlock all the content for the pregens? Similar to what you're doing with the class packs. Thanks!
