PFS Pre Generated Characters (v12.7) - location?

I was excited to read that the pregens should now be available in Hero Lab, However, I can't seem to follow the directions to load them!

1. Open the Pathfinder game system within Hero Lab
2. Select “Open File” from the Configure Your Hero pop-up
3. Open the “Pathfinder Society Pregenerated Characters” folder within the Pathfinder portfolios folder
4. Choose your character!

At step 3, I opened my Dropbox account where I store my characters. There is no sub-folder for Pregens. I backed up a level - no folder. (repeat until at root directory)
I also checked the install directory on my hard drive - there are two subfolders (docs and product), and neither contained a folder for Pregens.

Where is the folder located?
...or is there something amiss with my installation?

To get to the default location, in the Tools menu, choose "Explore Folders", then "User Data Folder". From there, portfolios...pathfinder...pathfinder society pregenerated characters.

3. Open the “Pathfinder Society Pregenerated Characters” folder within the Pathfinder portfolios folder
4. Choose your character!

Appears a missing step of first going into the "Pathfinder" folder is needed.
