According to MnM3E, (Page 92, left column, second paragraph under "Noticing Power Effects") a Permanent effect changed into a Sustained effect becomes Noticeable. Is this not the case with Sensory Effects?
For example, in HeroLab I take Senses: Penetrates Concealment and add Sustained. When I try to add 'Subtle', it is greyed out and says 'This Power Extra may not be taken for this power'. I can take it anyway, but it turns red and throws up a validation error.
I don't know if this is specific to the Senses effect or something throughout the MnM3E data package.
So, do Senses effects that are changed to Sustained (via the Sustained Extra) duration remain unnoticible by default, breaking the general rule above, or is this an error with the MnM3E data package?
