I can't save characters as pdfs. I also tried to update the pdf plug in. it downloads but then says a program is running that uses pdfs. I am unable to see anything except hero lab running that uses pdfs. Does anyone know what could be the problem?

Hero Lab is the program it's complaining about - click behind the launcher when it complains about that, and close Hero Lab, then go back to the launcher and continue.
