PDF Plug-in doesn't seem to work

I have tried multiple times to download and install the PDF plug in but it says that a .tmp file is missing?

Sorry if this is the wrong area to post this but this is the only product I use


What should I do? :confused:

And it didn't work either. I found a work around, by printing to one note as PDF.
