Is there any way to create a race and have it as a playable PC race?
I'm planning a game using the background of a little known game called Astate by Contested Ground using the Call of Cthulhu 5th edition and would like a way for the players to actually choose the races I will create using the editor.
 
On the configure Investigator form (which can be re-opened with control-k or from the character menu), switch to an NPC, change the race, and then re-open configure hero and switch back to creating a PC.
