Pathfinder Version 10.3 Error

This may have been discussed many times but I have searched and cannot find a thread about it.

I have been trying for weeks to update the Pathfinder 10.3 and when I do it inside Herolab I get this message every time.

"Error downloading file from remote web-server. This is probably due to a problem with the web-server. Please try again in a little while."

When I go to the downloads page (http://www.wolflair.com/index.php?context=hero_lab&page=downloads), I try to download it and I get this:

"pathfinder.hl
Failed - Network error"

I have rebooted my laptop, re-installed Hero Lab, reactivated my license, rebooted my router, and still no luck. Is there a general issue or is this a local issue for just me?

I would love any suggestions on how to fix this as it has been going on for several weeks now.

Emailing support@wolflair.com is the best way to resolve this sort of issue. I'm only familiar with the data end of Hero Lab, not with how the internet connections work, but I have heard of one issue that causes problems like this - firewalls. See if temporarily disabling your firewall lets you download things.
