Pathfinder Society: How do you upgrade a weapon?

I want to make a Masterwork Lucern Hammer, a +1 Masterwork Lucern Hammer. I have found Edit Weapon, but it isn't removing the +2000gp difference from my available gold when adding the +1 weapon to the Masterwork Weapon.

How is this actually accomplished in Hero Lab?

Make sure you click the "Set" button to set the calculated cost as the price you will pay.

Also, if the item is already created and added to your character (you're just modifying the existing hammer rather than adding a new one), it won't matter what price you set, as HeroLab won't change what you paid for it. If that's the case, you have a couple of options:

1) Use the Journal to spend 2000 gp, and just make the entry "Cost to upgrade Masterwork Lucern Hammer to Magical +1"

2) Sell the existing Masterwork Lucern Hammer for 100% cost, and buy a new +1 Lucern Hammer (Masterwork gets included automatically in that case), again at 100% cost.
