Pathfinder Society content?

I am not part of LWD or OPF or Paizo but I was involved in some conversations at Gen Con with some of the relevant people.
The codes were started by Organized Play to hopefully be usable in the future for adventure specific rewards. The conversation to make use of them had not even begun at that point and as the coders (for LWD) were not involved it was uncertain if those codes would be appropriate for the situation but there were hopes that the various teams could work together to make it happen in the future.
Both Organized Play and Lone Wolf have been very busy with higher priority needs since then. I have no idea when the codes may become usable but at least for now we can input custom boons, which helps a lot.
 
There is nothing concrete to report at this time. To further elaborate on what @numbat1 said above, the codes were added by the OP team without consulting us in any way whatsoever. We first learned about them at GenCon when attendees came to the booth to ask us about them. Unfortunately, the way they were setup by the OP team makes incorporating them highly problematic for us. And there have been many higher priority tasks for us to deal with, so it still remains a matter that has not yet been resolved.
