Pathfinder Editor no longer sharing between PC and laptop

I wanted to add some animals to the choices for ranger animal companion list. I basically just copied the information and gave the animal a new name and clicked the box so rangers could use them. Everything worked fine between my laptop and PC, until my laptop crashed. Had to format the disk and reinstall everything.

Now my animal companion is listed as "orphaned" and the custom animal type is unavailable when I open my ranger's portfolio on my laptop, even though its fine on my PC. I even tried remaking the AnCom on the laptop, but then the PC can't find the one from the laptop. Any other changes to the character is shared between both.

Is there any way to get them to share this information again?
