Pathfinder Data Set ?

They are updated to the bare requirements of Pathfinder rules. So if something gave a bonus to Spot/Listen they now give a bonus to Perception. If something used Grapple rules it now uses CMB/CMD.

But that is all that happened to it. As Paizo never did anything with the stuff it can't 100% be converted unless that same thing showed up in a later publication.
