Pathfinder 3PP pack on iPad not working

After some testing back and forth it seems like there is some problem vid the 3PP pack and the latest (10.13) update. After installing 3PP trying to open or creating new portfoilos ends in HL (iPad as I said) either going black and quitting after a while or quitting after thinking and starting to create the portfoilo.
No error message, just <poff> dead.

Have wiped the App and started putting things back one after another. First time opening a portf. after installing Basic Pack took a while, but thereafter worked. 3PP broke it (twice tested) any recommendations?
Have tried to exit app and restarted the iPad, neither did any good...
 
These things take ALLOT of memory. Make sure you have "forced" closed all other apps. Also did you say you have the Basic Pack and the 3PP Pack? That will work but will take twice the memory as the Basic Pack is inside the 3PP Pack. So your forcing the app to do double work.

So if the App tries to load and then just closes that means you are out of memory. That is how a Apple App tells you. :)

The only thing I can tell you is make sure no other app is running and only install the Pack or Packs you really need. With the idea that the Basic Pack is already in all the other Packs.
 
I have done a general clear up and runs without any other Apps actively running. Still have problem with a couple of things (that I guess is related to memory issues).
When I try to create a new portfolio or leave the current open, the app blinks out of existence. Is there any way to see if stuff are running in the background or how much memory you are using? or some other tip?
I have begun to peruse the ipad forums to find anything but so far nothing helpful have turned up

Yes to see other Apps running is pretty simple. You either double click the home button or use four fingers swipe up. That opens the multitasking view and each App you see listed here is open and using memory.

So to "force close" the app you swipe UP with a single finger. HERE is a link to Apple support about it.
 
Yes, yes I done that, I was asking if there was anything more I could do as it still runs out of memory. I guess I have to settle with only using the PC for creating character and use the iPad for minor adjustment only

You did see the note in the official thread that loading two Packs on the iPad does not currently work. LW is looking into why and I have not had any feed back yet on how to fix it.

But also remember that the Basic Pack is already inside the 3PP Pack. So you don't actually need to install both the Basic Pack and the 3PP Pack.
