Pathfinder 2e Character Creation

When I load Herolab Online and click to create a player. There is a prompt for Ancestries. But no Races/Acestries appear in the list.

The same thing when I click on the test player, there are no ancestires and classes even?

I paid for Pathfinder 2e the $35.00, I must be missing a step to adding what I bought from my Account to Herolab online. But I am not seeing any buttons, to add the core rulebook to 2e.

Any idea?
I suspect its something simple
 
This sounds like a bug, have you contacted Support? They will be the best channel to go through to get a walk through of your specific issue.
 
There are probably a few videos on the site, or barring that then on YouTube.

I generally understand an audio & video explanation more than just a textual one.
 
I had to fumble around before realizing I had to go into different sections of the web portal to get to the various aspects of the character, it isn't all on the beginning page. Look to the left, where a selection of areas are, you will find the Ancestries and other stuff there.
These were tabs above the sections in HLC.
