Pain Taster Cruelty

So for an upcoming campaign I've decided I'm going to make a Whip Focused Pain Taster(PrC). One of the abilities for the Pain Taster is called Cruelty and it gives sneak attack damage but only when using the whip. My question is: Is there a button on the in-play tab that I'm missing to turn it on?
