Owned Data Package not showing up in HL...

Greetings all,

I'm trying to access and use some of the Data Packages.
When I go to purchase them, Ultimate Combat in this case, the web page says I already own it.
However, when I start HL and go into my License Info, it doesn't show up under the list of Authorized Packages, nor can I select it as a source when creating a new character.
(Yes, I am using logging into the web page with the same license I am using on this instance of HL)
Does anyone have any idea what is going on or how to fix this?
