A player got a relic with the Ease Burden minor gift.
"You can carry 1 more Bulk than normal before becoming encumbered, and you increase your maximum Bulk by 2."

Is there a way to override the Encumbered and the Overburdened values?

I can enter a negative value in the Bulk Carried Modification adjustement as a temporary solution, but wonder if there is another way.
 
Our apologies, but relics weren't included in our initial release of the Gamermastery Guide. As of our release on the 18th, relics are now available and you should be able to create a relic with the Ease Burden gift now.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an adjustment to modify the encumbered or overburdened values directly. I'm sorry we missed that and I'm adding it to our to-do list.
