Overhand Chop damage not reported

The Wanderer

New member
Hello everybody,
the damage of Overhand Chop, fighter archetype Two-Handed warrior, is not shown in any way in the damage.
Is a known bug? Is it going to be addressed?
Thank you, keep up the good work.

Wanderer

It is because it is conditional on being only on a single attack rather than all attacks.

These sorts of changes never get listed, other than being in the "special abilities" tab.

This is the same as the abilities which add a bonus to hit only on certain attacks.

Well, now that iterative attacks can be broken down code wise, maybe this can be fixed/added?

Power Attack + Furious Focus now leaves full BAB for first attack...

Argh, please don't make me think about it! You know how many days it took me to make those changes? ;)

If Overhand Chop is "fixed" with a checkbox like the recent Furious Focus update, please don't forget to also add Backswing. ;)

Job Security! :)

I'd still like to see a separate attack shown for AOO and such. Basically just a single attack at you highest BAB without things like two-weapon fighting and such added in... You know, since you finished Furious Focus, you have time right? j/k

The real problem here is the space on the weapon listings - on a high-level character with complex attacks and complex damage, especially on a weapon that can be thrown and melee, or on a weapon that can be flurried, there's no room left to show any more attacks without raising the height of all of the weapons (cell heights within a table have to be uniform at this time in Hero Lab), which reduces the number of weapons you see at a time without scrolling.

Hm. There are a lot of feats affected by this. Doesn't matter to me right now 'cuz my character is 2nd level :D but is there any indication anywhere on the program window or in the statblock or on the iPad app that there are modifiers? Even just an asterisk or something at the end of the first attack in the full attack string?

For AOO, I'd just like to see a line on the "Basics" tab, you already have -Equipped Weapons- when the normal #'s. I'd just like to see second line added for AOO attack. For that matter I'd also like to see iterative CMB #'s, you know, when I want to trip for my third attack, right now I have to do math :(

Scrolling is OK. But screen width IS a problem that needs to be fixed first probably as there already isn't enough room for normal iterative attack let alone the "+118d6+28 1/2 cold and 1/2 pierci" line for Blizzard Blast...

 And the enemies quit! They just... quit and walk away.... :D

That is pretty impressive. I think my most stupid overpowered mythic monty haul character was only able to do about 80d6 per hit. Of course, he could also full attack with that and target touch AC.

Well I'm hoping my player realizes it's suppose to be +11 8d6+28 but maybe he's rolling +1 18d6+28... I hope I could tell if he's rolling 118d6! :)

But ya, lets get this width thing straighten out shall we? How about a window panel that fills horizontally vs vertically that goes on top of all the vertical panels to put weapon info? Or maybe side by side horizontal panels at the top?

Really, a dockable set of panels would be ideal but I'm sure that's a coding nightmare for your current system...
