Overbilled

I had sent an email about being overbilled when buying the authoring kit on the 23rd, what is the response time for submitted emails about billing issues, just so I have an idea on how long before I would expect a response?

Based on our records, it looks like you submitted a support query about this yesterday afternoon, correct?

I think your refund should have been processed sometime on Monday, so I would expect the credit to already show up on your bill. I've flagged your query to the staff member who handles billing issues, so she should be able to confirm that the refund has already been processed. Hope this helps!
 
Yes, I did. Great and thanks for the update!

As a suggestion when the issue is addressed a courtesy email should be sent out saying the issue has been resolved or is being worked on. I imagine Lone Wolf is a small company but that email would go a long way in the customer service area. Thanks again for the info I appreciate it.
