I'm using the 'Save PDF of Hero' option - at the bottom/left of page one I have some info for weapon attacks (I have 2 daggers and a rapier in inventory, so I have three lines of weapon attacks)

At the top left of page 2 I have info on Feats, then Traits - and THEN the information for my sling.

Why does the output put Feats/Traits in 'the middle' of the weapon/combat tables? Can this be configured? Is is possible to output a single line for 'dagger' even if I have multiple daggers in the inventory?

Do you have the daggers as two separate weapons, or are they part of the same stack? If they're separate weapons, you can probably merge the two into one stack. To do this, click on the 'bag' button and then 'Stack with next below/above', whichever the case may be.
