What text formatting does Obsidian Portal use?

Have you tried File...Output Hero Statblock?

If Obsidian Portal's preferred text format is HTML, BBCode or Wikitext, that can give you a statblock you can copy-and-paste.

Remember that each game system determines exactly what information it places in an output, so you may want to specify a game system if you have questions about the exact output for your favorite game system.
