Orphaned Thing -- Pick 'wNEW1HLanc' ... due to missing thing in batch '

Is this for Hero Lab Online, or Hero Lab Classic (Desktop)? It sounds like the latter and if so it should be in the appropriate Game System subforum. Is this for Pathfinder? 5e? It looks like it could be that a portfolio has been copied between systems with different sources purchased and/or activated.

I Have hero lab classic (going back to a disk I bought at a game store). it's not Hero Lab online.

But I don't understand the rest of your message.
 
You are posting in the Hero Lab Online Forum section. If this is for a Hero Lab Classic game system, you should be posting your question in the appropriate "Hero Lab Forum" section.
