Orphaned Due To Missing Batch When Importing From iPad

Hi All,

I mentioned this in a previous thread but wanted to get more eyes on it and decided to create a separate thread for it. When I export my character from the iPad app and import it back into the desktop I am receiving the following errors.

If I continue, all of the items in my History tab are missing. Any thoughts on what I need to do? I have some custom Character Sheets installed but other than that everything is standard.
 
It looks like you've got the Modern Path custom files installed on one device but not the other?

I presume you've not installed them on the iPad, but got them on the computer you created the portfolio on!
 
Yep, those are Modern path files. I really don't know much about the Ipad HL app and it's difference. I assume that you need the same files on the Ipad the same as whatever computer you made the character on.
 
Foodie has it spot-on. Basically your iPad version of HL must have all the custom data files your desktop has installed, or your portfolios will throw a hissy fit.
 
Ok I think I understand what is happening with the error. My biggest concern is that when I import from the iPad it wipes my History tab. Any ideas what may be going on there? Originally I assumed it was because of the messages, however I'm thinking the two may not be related.

What do you mean by "history"? Do you mean the journal tab? Either way if you can duplicate the issue I would put in a BUG report. That way it can be tracked and fixed. As it relates to the iPad just be sure to put "iPad" in the subject line.

It shouldn't be losing information though...
